This 1,925 square ft. downtown office building was once built for a chiropractic practice. Small rooms, a narrow hallway, and an outdated mid-century decor left this building overlooked by the modern office tenant. This interior renovation and entry remodel embraces the style of the building and revitalizes it with a mid-century modern feel. Additional glass at the entry door helps draw the interior and exterior together and lets natural light into the building. A new wood ceiling element and linear light strip organizes the private offices that were once lost in a dark maze of low ceilings. A new coffee bar anchors the end of the hallway and provides a space for collaboration for the tenants of this office share building.
